Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. red or green peppers
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 beef bouillon cube or instant beef broth mix
    15 oz. ground veal, beef or turkey
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; add onions, peppers, garlic and broth mix.
    Saute until onions are translucent.
    Combine vegetables with all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Place in a loaf pan.
    Bake until brown, about 45 minutes.
