Five Can Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) jar Old El Paso taco sauce
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (mild)
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown and chop up lean ground beef in skillet.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together in large deep pan or skillet taco sauce, enchilada sauce, green chilies, pinto beans and mushroom soup.
Add ground beef.
Simmer low 15 minutes.
Layer bottom of 8 x 13-inch casserole (3-quart) with thin layer of crushed Doritos.
Add half of mixture from skillet and cover with Cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
