Holiday Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes (5 or 6)
    1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. or less finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    When done, mash hot potatoes in a large bowl until smooth.
    Add cream cheese in small pieces, then oleo.
    Beat until completely mixed.
    Mix in sour cream.
    Add eggs and onion to milk, then mix into potatoes.
    Add salt and beat until light and fluffy.
    Place in a large, well-greased, square or oblong casserole dish.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    When ready to serve, bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes.
