Minnesota Wild Rice And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (6 oz.) wild rice
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked cubed ham or chicken
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (10 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions.
Spread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cook and drain broccoli.
Layer on rice.
Then sprinkle ham and cover with cheese.
Combine soup, mayonnaise and mustard.
Spread over casserole and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden in color.
