Low Calorie Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Place cooked potatoes in a large bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
    Toss to combine.
    Chill and serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
