Avocados Stuffed With Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
juice of 1 lemon
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayo
2 ripe avocados, peeled and halved
Preparation

Chop shrimp; place in large bowl and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.
Add next 7 ingredients, mixing well. Chill.
Fill avocado halves with shrimp mixture.
