Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 small carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Thaw potatoes and mix all ingredients.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers, mixed with 1 cup melted butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
