Banana Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 stick margarine
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
3 mashed ripe bananas
3 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix shortening, margarine and sugar well.
Add eggs individually and mix well after each addition.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together and add with milk and vanilla. Fold in bananas and mix well.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 in a tube pan.
