Shrimp Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. small shrimp, shelled, deveined and chopped
    1 tsp. sherry
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 lb. vermicelli, boiled al dente
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, sliced
    2 slices ginger root, minced
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1/2 lb. green beans, chopped diagonally
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate 1/2 hour.
    In a second bowl, combine vermicelli and soy sauce. Toss to blend thoroughly.
