Hamburger Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 medium carrot
    1/4 lb. green beans
    1 small white turnip
    4 large fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. water
    1 (10 oz.) fresh spinach, chopped
    dry roasted peanuts
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Shape beef into 1 large patty.
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok over high heat.
    Brown for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes each side.
    Break meat into chunks and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
    Remove and set aside.
