Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. white bread, cubed
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
minced chives to taste
2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted margarine
9 eggs (4 can be 1 box Egg Beaters)
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix milk, margarine, eggs, flour, mustard, salt and pepper in blender, or beat thoroughly.
In an 8 x 8 x 2-inch greased pan, layer 2 cups bread cubes, 1 1/2 cups cheese and a sprinkle of chives.
Repeat this layering.
Pour egg mixture over all and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 5 to 6.
