Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton Onion Recipe soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil (less oil may be used)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a bowl mix all ingredients.
Bake in a roasting pan for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes 8 servings.
