Baked French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Peel potatoes and cut into slices, place in bowl of ice water to crisp. Put on paper towel and pat dry before cooking. Spread out potatoes on a shallow pan. Sprinkle potatoes with oil. Shake pan to spread oil evenly. Bake 30 - 40 minutes, turning frequently, until golden brown. Empty potatoes onto paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
