Crown Of Gold Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish (optional)
    4 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    4 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg yolks, salt, mustard, onions, ketchup and horseradish (optional) well; place in a 9-inch casserole or wide tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and mustard.
    Spread over meat loaf; return to oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
