Zucchini-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium or large eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. grated zucchini, split 1/2 and 1/2
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. (8 oz.) well-drained crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Grease and flour 1 large loaf pan.
    Ste oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, 1/2 cup zucchini, oil and vanilla. Sift in flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder; beat.
    Add 1/2 cup zucchini and beat.
    Add well-drained pineapple and walnuts; stir to mix.
    Add to loaf pan and bake 1 hour.
    Test.
