Tahitian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    3/4 c. red cooking wine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. maple syrup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet and place in baking dish.
    Put all other ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
    Pour over chops; bake at 375\u00b0, covered with foil, for 45 minutes, turning once.
    Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
