Tortellini Vegetable Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. zucchini chunks
7 oz. meat or cheese filled tortellini, cooked and drained
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Preparation

Combine broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, tortellini and olives.
Add combined dressing and mustard.
Mix lightly. Chill.
Serves 6.
