Aunt Ella'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow noodles
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 c. milk
    3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. grated onion
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease casserole dish.
    Cook macaroni, drain and return to pan.
    Stir in butter and egg.
    In large bowl, combine mustard, salt and nutmeg with a tablespoon boiling water.
    Stir in milk, 2 1/2 cups cheese, onion and macaroni.
