Buford'S Fish Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1 small bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. butter or oleo
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) fish steaks
Preparation

Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter.
Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Place fish steaks on foil in baking pan.
Pour seasoned sauteed sauce over fish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
