Egg And Ham Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 c. finely diced ham
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 doz. eggs
    1 pt. small cottage cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt oleo, put half in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Beat eggs; season with salt and pepper.
    Add ham, cheese, flour mixture and other half of oleo.
    Mix, pour into dish, bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0, bake 30 minutes longer or until puffy and light golden brown.
    Can be mixed and stored in refrigerator until ready to be baked.
    Can also be baked and frozen.
