Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooking oil
powdered sugar
cherry pie filling
Preparation

Combine eggs and milk.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to eggs and milk.
Beat smooth.
Heat oil in skillet. Pour mixture into funnel.
Release into hot oil.
Cook about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Take out of oil.
Place on a paper towel.
Let cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with cherry pie filling.
