Butterfly Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Dijon mustard
    8 oz. soy sauce
    8 oz. peanut oil
    garlic
    boned and butterflied leg of lamb
Preparation
    Marinate a boned and butterflied leg of lamb at least overnight (up to 48 hours).
    Barbecue over hot coals for 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
