Barbecued Loin Of Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. loin or shoulder pork
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
Preparation
    Roast pork in shallow pan at 325\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
    One half hour before meat is done, pour off drippings.
    Combine soup and remaining ingredients to make sauce.
    Pour over meat.
    Continue roasting.
    Spoon sauce over meat often.
