Coconut Macaroon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Butter and flour a 9-inch pie pan.
    Set the oven at 350\u00b0. Beat egg whites.
    Beat in, a spoonful at a time, the sugar.
    Add vanilla. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, salt, shredded coconut and chopped walnuts.
    Spread in the pan and bake 30 minutes.
    Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
