Mother'S Sour Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. (3 sticks) unsalted butter (room temperature)
3 c. granulated sugar
6 large eggs, separated
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
superfine sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Butter a Bundt pan.
Using a mixer, beat the butter with the granulated sugar until fluffy.
Beat egg yolks and blend well into the butter mixture.
