Immune System Booster Broth - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head celery
1 bunch parsley
1/2 lb. green beans
4 zucchini
1 lb. fresh spinach, beets, greens or chard
1/2 green bell pepper
1 bunch scallions
1 large potato
3 carrots
1/2 head cauliflower or 1 head broccoli
1 turnip
1 parsnip
2 cloves garlic
herbs (thyme, oregano and marjoram)
spring water

Cut out a circle.
Crack an egg in it. Turn it over two times.
The egg sticks on the toast so you cut it.
