Pot Roast With Carrots And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 or 4 lb. beef (chuck)
    1 tsp. each: pepper and salt
    3 onions, cut in halves
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 cans tomato soup
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 bag baby carrots
    4 or 5 medium potatoes, chopped in quarters
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
