Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter, divided
    2 1/2 c. herbed stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling water until tender; drain.
    Saute onions in half the butter until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Mix 1 1/2 cups stuffing, onions, soup and sour cream; stir in the zucchini.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix remaining stuffing and melted butter.
    Toss gently over top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
