Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. each: nutmeg and cloves
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
1/2 c. pumpkin
Preparation

Combine Bisquick, sugar and spices.
Lightly beat egg and mix with milk.
Add melted butter and pumpkin to milk and egg. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
Fill greased or papered muffin cups 2/3 full and bake in 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until done.
Makes 12 to 16 muffins.
