Slow-Cooked Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. boneless beef round steak, cut into 6 pieces
    1 medium onion, cut into 1/4 in. slices
    1 rib celery, cut in 1/2 in. slices
    2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Preparation
    In a large resealable plastic bag, mix the flour, salt, and pepper.
    Add the steak; seal bag and toss to coat.
    Place the onion in a greased slow cooker.
    Top with the steak, celery, and tomato sauce.
    Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
