Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix and beat zucchini, sugar, oil and eggs.
Add flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
