Chunk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. milk chocolate candy, chopped (I use 3 Hershey's)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat oleo, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Add combined dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Stir in chocolate.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let stand 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Makes 4 dozen.
