See'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    10 marshmallows, cut up
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Place 6 tablespoons margarine, vanilla and chocolate chips in a large electric mixer bowl; set aside.
    Melt remaining margarine and marshmallows in a double boiler.
    Bring sugar and evaporated milk to a rolling boil for 7 to 8 minutes or to a soft ball stage. Pour margarine and melted marshmallows over ingredients in bowl. Add boiling sugar and milk; beat vigorously until creamy or 5 minutes with electric mixer.
    Add chopped nuts and pour into 6 x 10-inch buttered dish.
    Candy sets quickly.
