Beef With Orange Flavor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin beef, cut into thin bite size pieces
    3 Tbsp. Hoison sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 whole orange, slice rind into bite size pieces, juice and reserve the rest
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
    1 tsp. sesame seed oil
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 carrots, cut into small pieces
    2 peppers, cut into small pieces
    1 onion, cut into small pieces
    4 to 5 shitake mushrooms, cut into small pieces
    1/4 lb. snow peas, destringed
    1/2 c. cashew nuts, toasted
    3 to 5 c. cooked rice (ready)
Preparation
    Mix beef with 1 tablespoon Hoison sauce and then toss with 2 tablespoons cornstarch and set aside.
