Noodles (Homemade) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cream
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
Preparation

Blend eggs, cream and salt.
Add flour gradually and work it in.
The dough should be stiff after the flour is worked in. Divide dough into 4 parts and roll very thin on a lightly floured board.
Let stand in air on a cloth to dry.
Turn every 15 minutes just until the edges start to crack slightly.
Place the 4 sheets one on top of each other.
Roll together tightly in jelly roll fashion.
Slice thick or thin as you wish.
After the roll has been cut, then cut the strips down the middle.
Boil in salted, oil water until tender, about 10 minutes.
