Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    4 c. peeled, diced raw apples
    2 c. flour
    1/2 heaping cup of raisins
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Add flour, cinnamon and vanilla; stir.
    Add apples, raisins and nuts. Fold these in until mixed well.
    This makes a thick stiff batter and will need to be spooned evenly into a well-greased and floured pan.
    I use a Bundt or angel food pan.
    It fits nicely into a medium loaf pan also.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) until lightly brown.
