Cowboy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 doz. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add Velveeta cheese and cook until melted.
    In a saucepan, heat soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes together.
    Roll beef and cheese mixture in flour tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour soup mixture over tortillas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
