Crunchy Cheese Potatoes(Yields 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

1 c. sour cream or milk
1 Tbsp. minced chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. sour cream or milk
1 c. finely crushed corn flakes
additional minced chives (optional)
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine sour cream or milk, chives, salt and pepper.
Add potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Spread in a 15 x 10-inch baking pan.
Combine cheese and corn flakes; sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with additional chives if desired.
