Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 Tbsp. butter
4 c. tart apples
Preparation

Combine flour, honey and cinnamon.
With fingers, mix in 4 tablespoons butter until crumbs form.
Arrange 4 cups cored, peeled and sliced tart apples in a 9-inch pie pan.
Sprinkle mixture over apples.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
