Ginny Baker'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. soda
    4 c. cubed apples
    1 c. walnuts
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Sift flour with salt and soda and combine with mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Use a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Start in cold oven and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
