Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. Plain Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
3 c. Chopped Apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add eggs.
Slowly pour in oil, beating constantly.
Add vanilla.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake in Greased tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
To remove cake from pan, go around tube real good with knife before taking up.
