Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. fresh fine grated horseradish root
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. light cream
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat thoroughly but do not boil.
Stir constantly.
Chill and serve hot or cold.
This goes well with braised beef brisket.
