Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Mix egg, vinegar and water together.
    Add to mixture; mold and chill 15 minutes.
    May store 3 days in refrigerator or freeze.
    I like to divide mixture into single crust size portions and freeze in Ziploc bags for future use.
