Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. whipped cream
1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Chill until almost set.
Whip until light and fluffy.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Fold whipped cream into mixture.
Line bottom of dish with half of the wafer crumbs.
Pour in Jell-O mixture.
Top with remaining wafer crumbs.
