Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. chicken flavored stuffing
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can chili beans
1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine water and margarine; stir until margarine is melted.
Add stuffing mix.
Spoon half of stuffing into an 8-inch baking dish.
Save remaining stuffing.
Cook meat; drain fat.
Add beans, tomatoes and spices.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon over stuffing in dish.
Sprinkle with cheese, saving half of cheese.
Top with remaining stuffing and cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
Garnish with sour cream, if desired.
