Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

3 c. cooked crabmeat
1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Break up crabmeat; stir in bread crumbs and remaining ingredients except butter.
Divide crab into 8 portions and place in hot butter in skillet.
Flatten into patties and brown well on both sides.
Serve plain or with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
