Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken (broth can be used for soup)
8 oz. sour cream or substitute
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 pkg. stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Stew the frying chicken.
Combine meat from 1 medium chicken or 3 cups leftover chicken or turkey, the sour cream and soup. Place in greased casserole.
Top with stuffing mix into which you have tossed the melted margarine.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
