Mary'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cold boiled rice
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. toasted chopped almonds
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake covered in large roaster for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    9 cups of rice.
    Serves 20.
