Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in order given, except nuts and egg whites.
    Beat well.
    Add nuts and fold in egg whites.
    Bake in greased, floured tube or Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Let cool for 10 minutes.
