Beer Batter Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium pan fish fillets
    1 c. fine ground corn meal
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 (12 oz.) bottle dark beer
    1 egg
    1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. crushed dill weed
    1/8 tsp. savory
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, Bisquick and seasonings.
    Add egg and enough beer so the batter just runs off a dipped fish.
    Deep fry 2 fish at a time in a fry pan at 360\u00b0.
    The fish are done when golden brown, about 3 1/2 to 5 minutes.
